The property benefits from a sunny garden with two terraces, ideally situated for al fresco dining. The garden has an area of lawn with mature shrubs and trees.
High House has its own private, off-road parking space for 2 vehicles. Located just a 1 minute walk from Chipping Campden’s High Street, you can leave your car and enjoy many of the cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.
Chipping Campden is a great place to base yourself during your stay in the Cotswolds. Nestled in the North Cotswolds, Chipping Campden is only a short drive away from many stunning Cotswold villages and towns, and other places of interest, including parks, gardens, National Trust properties and the RSC theatres in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Oxford, Warwick, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon are all within an hours drive.

Living Room, Dining Room & Conservatory
The cosy L-shaped living/dining room benefits from oak flooring throughout and period features such as, exposed Cotswold stone and a stone fire surround housing a gas-fired stove. The rooms are light and bright, benefiting from a number of windows. A comfortable large 3 seater sofa, two-seater sofas and separate high wingback armchair, together with coffee table and side tables, create a relaxing holiday accommodation, inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement. There is also a 40″ smart TV.
The dining area provides a large solid wood dining table with 2 dining chairs, a bench and sideboard.
An oak-framed conservatory is a fabulous addition, giving views over the garden and access to the rear terrace. There is plenty of seating with a wicker furniture set, comprising of a 2 and 3 seater sofa, a chair and coffee table. A 32″ smart TV with TV Plus and on demand services (no aerial) and a selection of board games.
In addition, a hidden staircase leads down to the lower ground floor double bedroom with built in double wardrobe containing a chest of drawers and its own en suite shower room.
Kitchen & Breakfast Room
A fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room provides all you could need during your stay. The brand new “Neptune” Kitchen, with Belfast sink and quartz worktops comes complete with a Rangemaster cooker with 5 ring gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, separate integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine and integrated full-sized dishwasher. A separate cupboard houses a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen and breakfast room benefits from a breakfast table for 2, a 23″ TV and a polished oak floor.
Lower Ground Floor Bedroom
The lower ground floor bedroom offers a double bed with reading light above, a built in wardrobe containing a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, 2 occasional chairs and a small table. The en suite shower room comprises of a walk in shower, fitted vanity unit and WC, a mirror with sensor mood lighting and demister and a heated towel rail.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom benefits from windows to the front of the property, a kingsize bed and bedside tables with lamps. There is plenty of storage and seating available with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, a hairdryer, an occasional chair and bench seat. A highchair and travel cot are stored in the wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom
Two single beds accompanied by two bedside tables with lamps, a single freestanding wardrobe and an occasional chair.
Family Bathroom
A modern bathroom retaining some traditional-style features such as a roll-top bath with a traditional shower fitted above, as well as a handheld shower. There is a heritage freestanding vanity unit with heritage fittings, WC, LED mirror with mood lighting and a heated towel rail.
The garden has an area of lawn with mature shrubs and trees, as well as a patio area. High House benefits from a large terraced, sunny walled garden with grassed areas and a raised dining patio. The dining area receives sun right through the summer evenings, with views to the hills beyond, which is ideally situated for al fresco dining with rattan dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is a gas BBQ stored in the shed.
Access to the front door and garden of High House is via a pedestrian gate at the front of the house. Alternatively, from the gravelled parking area, walk along a pathway to the far side of the house and through the door to the main entrance hall.
The gravelled driveway at the side of the property provides parking for 2 cars.

3 nights are charged at 80% of the full weeks rental
4 nights are charged at 85% of the full weeks rental
5 nights are charged at 90% of the full weeks rental
6 nights are charged at 95% of the full weeks rental
30% deposit of rental rate for full weeks booked (40% Xmas / New Year).
Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (12 weeks for lets over 3 weeks).
50% payment required for short breaks.
Refundable damages deposits are charged at some cottages.
