Little Orchard Cottage is positioned on a quiet lane, just off the Cotswold Way, near the heart of Chipping Campden. The cottage has low ceilings, uneven walls, low beams and an open fire. Hoo Lane winds its way up to National Trust owned Dover’s Hill where you will find beautiful walks and wonderful views.

Sitting / Dining
Guests enter the cottage through an old oak front door into a small entrance hall. On your right is a bright sitting room with polished wood block flooring and rug. A comfortable two seater sofa and two armchairs surround the open fire (basket of logs provided). Television, DVD player and ipod doc.
Off the entrance hall there are four steps down into an attractive dining room. A large Inglenook fireplace (not in use) with flag stone flooring. Dining table and four chairs.
Kitchen
Off the dining room is the kitchen with a slate coloured quarry tiled floor. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, free standing fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
From the entrance hall there are stairs up to the first floor landing.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom one with en-suite bathroom
Bay window, Bateau style double bed (4’6” wide), cupboards with shelves and hanging space. En suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment. Toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom two
Dormer windows with window seats, exposed wood floors and rugs. Super King (6” wide) craftsman built bed with matching chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedside cupboards with lamps. This bedroom is up another 4 steps from the first floor landing.
Along the landing is the shower room. Walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, basin and toilet.
An immaculate garden with flower beds to the front of the cottage. Note for parents with young children – a small stream with steep sides trickles through the garden. At the front of the cottage are two stone ‘privies’. Garden table and chairs are provided. Private off road parking for one vehicle.
3 nights are charged at 75% of the full weeks rental
4 nights are charged at 85% of the full weeks rental
5 nights are charged at 90% of the full weeks rental
6 nights are charged at 95% of the full weeks rental
30% deposit of rental rate for full weeks booked (40% Xmas / New Year).
Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (12 weeks for lets over 3 weeks).
50% payment required for short breaks.
Refundable security deposits are charged at some cottages.
Where there are open fires or log burners, a basket of logs is included in the price – more logs available for a reasonable charge.

Local Shops, Extras & Activities
The nearest shop for provisions is a 5 minute drive from the cottage & opens early until late. There are several delicatessens, a post office, a wine merchant, a library, as well as many other independent retailers, cafes and restaurants in Chipping Campden.
Welcome hampers are available on request – made up to your requirements; we select locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Hampers and/or flowers, balloons can be arranged for any special occasion or surprise.
Horse riding, wine tasting, golf, historical tours, clay pigeon shooting, bee-keeping courses a five-minute drive away, soap making, personal trainer, beauty therapy and much more can easily be arranged.
